Why travel halfway around the world to surf with more people than you do at home?
Costa Rica has miles of beaches and hundreds of surf breaks but most visitors only see a handful of
them. We live and surf here everyday and we don't like crowds. Just like you, the reasons we came to
Costa Rica were to get away from the packed lineups, flat spells and wetsuits. Our guides know where
to go to find great waves without the crowds that you find at many of the popular breaks.

Our guides are Costa Rican residents from Vancouver Island Canada, South Florida and Virginia Beach,
Virginia. Each guide has AT LEAST 10 years experience traveling and surfing in Costa Rica.
We aren't pro surfers and you don't need to be to surf with us. All of us moved here because we
fell in love with the surf, the country and the laid-back lifestyle. We would love the opportunity
to share our experiences with you and give you a glimpse into the place that captured our hearts.

We drive restored vintage Land Rovers. They are one of the best vehicles to
own if you live here and a blast to drive. Not the fastest transportation but the most practical and
capable we've found so far. Let us do the driving and take the opportunity to sit back and check out
the scenery. If you prefer a more comfortable ride our guides will drive or ride along
in any rental car or 4x4 you choose and all you pay us for is the guide's time.

Daily guide rate is $50.00(us)
Other charges and/or discounts depend on what you want to do and:
1. Driving distance to the break (gas)
2. Number of days you plan to surf with us
3. Half day, full day or overnight trips
4. Miscellaneous expenses - (food, beer, etc)
* Accomodations are not included in price but we will be happy to help make arrangements or recommendations
if you like.

Learn to Surf in Costa Rica
Have you ever dreamed of riding the waves? Surfing is a unique activity, some call it a sport but
most surfers will tell you that its more of a lifestyle or obsession. Our guides have been teaching
people to surf and helping new surfers improve their skills for over 10 years. Instead of just
giving people the basics and watching from the beach; we spend the extra time teaching our clients
about surfboards, waves and the physics of surfing. Our goal is not only to get you on your feet but
give you the knowledge you need to progress once the lesson is over. We love surfing and try to
convey that special relationship we have with the ocean to you. If you already surf but would like
to increase your abilities we will surf with you and video tape the session. This allows us to review
the footage with you and help point out areas where improvements can be made.
Surf Lessons are $45.00(us) per person - discounts for groups of 3 or more.
