What's Costa Rica Surf Report All About? Costa Rica Surf Report (dot org) is a web site that provides general travel information to surfers visiting Costa Rica. All the content on this site is and will remain FREE to the public. Businesses that provide content in the form of daily surf reports and or photos are provided FREE advertising space. The remaining ad space on the site is available on a monthly fee($) basis; this money is used to pay for hosting and other expenses.
